Metallic Yarn Combining

Metallic Yarn Combining -- i.e., combining a metallic yarn with threads of nylong, rayon, acetate, or silk, etc. -- was virtually "born and raised" in the HYM plant. Huntingdon entered this field at its very inception, in the post-War '40's. Many of the present twists, combinations, number of turns, and the shrinking and setting of nylon, originated with HYM. The same applies to much of the machinery in use today for metallic yarn combining. Huntingdon has combined millions of yards of metallic yarns for the greatest names in the industry. Available in small quantities - as little as one pound!
